Vintage 1970/80s Swift Minuette caravan. Lovely two-tone exterior in pale green and white.
A 12ft caravan for the smaller car. Has two separate seating areas and a large washroom/toilet compartment.
Fridge, oven, hob, sink and heater all in great working condition – gas and electric hookup. There is a separate bathroom with original 70s wallpaper (sink but no shower, space for a cassette toilet).
The front seating area turns into a double and the small back seating area can be turned into a single or bunk beds.
Also comes with an enormous awning in excellent condition (worth over £1000 at the time) which has the main full-width porch but also includes a separate annex for additional sleeping space and another bit which we’ve not even used!
There has unfortunately been a bit of a leak in one corner of the caravan which has now been repaired, but means there has been some mould damage to the interior. We’ve had to throw away all the cushions, however we have all the dimensions and photos of these should you need / want for your own renovation project. There is a small dent / repair at the front/side of the caravan which was there when we bought it, and the jockey wheel will need replacing.
