This caravan is a 1989 4 berth caravan. Spares or repair due to some damp areas but more than usable as it is is only soft to touch half way down bathroom wall in cupboard and same side rear side but again it’s there but it’s not falling g apart at all very usable I only checked the gas hob and grill 240 sockets 12v lights will work but battery died I don’t have another one to try them with ..Comes with a awning g but not checked it’s a older awning so class it as a freeebe Solid floor Damp as mentioned the rest of the caravan is fine Has fridge sink cold water only Bathroom sink mirror pots loo No keys sorry I lost the. This has been a super family caravan which we have owned since it was 10 months old.Selling due to retiring from caravanning.For its age this caravan is in good condition with a few age related marks due to general wear and tear as it has been used every year until the recent three years.This is a large van, length 26.2 ft, twin axle, alloy wheels.Blinds and fly screens. Large sky light.The front seating can also be made into a large double or two single beds. If needed in this area you can extend the middle table to make a larger one.Small dining table that can be folded away which matches the centre table.It has a fixed double bed at one end, in the photo the mattress has a protective cover on it at the moment. You can shut the bedroom area off with a concertina door.Also within the bedroom area you will find a small wash basin and mirrors which you can see in the photos. There is a huge storage area under the double bed which you can access from inside or out.Adjacent to the bed is a toilet/shower room.There is a fixed TV whish is on a moveable bracket so you are able to watch TV in bed or within the seating area.Dining seating area which can also be made into bunks.Removeable carpets which we tend to lift in the summer as it makes it cooler but they are very easy to put back down.Self…
