For sale is our beautiful Swift Conquerer 650 LUX with full awning. First registered in 2005 we are the 3rd proud owners. We have used it for family holidays but reluctantly we are in need to sell due to moving house.Feel free to come and see as you will not be disappointed.A 5 berth caravan with sofas at the front which turn into a large double bed. Tv unit will be included in sale. Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, sink and lots of cupboard space. Large wardrobe in the middle of the van. Bathroom with walk in shower and shower screen to separate shower from toilet and sink. All water tanks come with the caravan.Bedroom at back of van with 2 seats which turns into either 2 singles or a double bed, a bunkbed can also be assembled to make it sleep 5 comfortably. The van has everything you could possibly wish for and i have the most recent service records as well as CRIS ownership documents.We did have it recently serviced which has shown some areas which will need some attention in the future. The majority were superficial however 3 areas which may need to be investigated are:1) the toilet is not flushing – we haven’t ever used the toilet so this has never caused us any grief – quoted approx £65 repairs2) the rear of the caravan has shown some damp in the report which i have had a quote for approx £390 to fix and am happy to do so3)…
