Bathroom.Sleeping layout is two double beds and one single (double at rear could be used as a single lower bunk).Included- Large awning, Storm straps, ground sheet, aquaroll water container, wastemaster, whale water pump, long hook up cable, battery, spare wheel, radio, 2 tables, caravan lock, stabiliser, gas bottle, fire extinguisher.Negatives- crack in door window (outer pane only) 2 small worn areas in upholstery, the roof vent black out blinds do not retract perfectly, one window blind has this issue also. When bought 4 years ago I noted an area of damp near the door. The floor covering was taken up and floor left to dry out, treated and new flooring put in, this has caused no further issues (only mentioned here for completeness).
