Hello, I purchased this caravan about 18 months ago for £13500 it had been used a few times by a retired couple who purchased it on 29/11/17 when it was registered but decided that caravaning was not for them (they only had it 3 months), I purchased it on the19/02/18 hoping to get away weekends with my wife but as soon as I purchased it my wife changed jobs and we were unable to get away very often maybe 6 long weekends since we have had it , so it is in very good condition with everything working as it should.The Dorema awning comes with it (that was an extra £1000) and also comes with fresh and waste water carriers, electric hook up lead, colour tv dvd player, hitch lock, wheel clamp, new carpet still with the plastic protection on.I have it on a sesonal pitch in Three legged Cross Dorset which costs £2250 a season, you may be able to keep the seasonal pitch if required but this must be agreed with the site owner.Thanks for lookingGood Luck
