This is in good condition. Just had new tryres all round. There is an awning but I haven’t used it. This has been in constant use by a family of 3 for the past 4 months with no issues (colleague of mine needed a caravan whilst gutting their house over the summer). It comes with a spare LG fridge ( additional beer capacity) a waste water tank and fresh water tank. The only downside is the front window. It came to me already sealed up and it has held up all summer perfectly fine. So either leave as is or replace the seal but as is you can’t open the front window. This for me is the only down side. I’m not sure if the leisure battery condition as it has been used on mains all summer. This is an auction to buy and not view. If you buy it that’s why you pay for it there is no negotiation once you come to pick it up. Collection is from Newick East Sussex.
