SWIFT SILHOUETTE, 2 BERTH, END KITCHEN – CARAVAN ONLY WITH SPARE WHEEL
SPARES OR REPAIR
At the end of September, I had a week away in the caravan. However, it is 31 years old and does have one or two problems which I need to explain. Therefore it is ‘Spares or repair, sold as seen and non-returnable’.
Problems that I am aware of:
· Damp in three places
· i. Toilet/shower area (see photograph 12). There is no wet inside when it rains. When pushed the corner feels ‘soft’.
ii. Kitchen area (see photograph 11). There is no wet inside when it rains. When pushed the corner feels soft.
iii. In the corner by one of the beds – No photograph but similar problem to the kitchen area. There is no wet inside when it rains. When pushed the corner feels soft.
· The seal on the front opening (where the gas/spare wheel is kept) leaks.
