Hello and welcome to my auction of a 1995 Swift Rapide 490glx 5 berth caravan The caravan is in very good used condition considering it’s age it does have usual wear and tear I will start with the good bits it’s dry with no damp all the appliances work fine as does the water heater on gas and electric the water pump works fine as do all the lights and the gas heater the cupboards all lock and work correctly with no doors hanging off all the cushions and curtains are in good condition with no rips or tears Carpet and linoleum is clean and rip free the toilet is clean and all works fine on the outside there is no puncture holes all the windows are in one piece not cracked all the lights work all the legs work ok tyres are in good condition and good tread they have been replaced not to long ago the brakes work fine and and the bearings are in good order as I have had the drums off to check with new hubs nuts fitted after checking the hitch it in good order as is the jockey wheel The not so good bits it has had a leak in the front left corner at some point but has been repaired on the outside with the rail being taken off and correct mastic used this was when I first had it 10 years ago and has never leaked since there is evidence…
