Here we have a Swift Rapide 4 berth which has been turn into a office. It has all new 240v Electric and New out doors socket running on two circuits. The inside has a lot of money spent on it, It had all new walls built with new wood, new insulation, and new boarding fitted through out. In office area it had new insulation on floor and real oak flooring laid down. It got two brand new double sockets on each side. Also fitted was a led light across the roof, which lights up the whole Caravan inside. New wood blinds on all windows through out. Back wall has being painted Rose Gold and rest off the Caravan painting with light blue, grey and has been resealed inside and out so it water tight now no damp had all been done. Out side we painted the back and side with new white gloss paint. Just the front and other side needs painting and roof need cleaning. Tyres are all good and the wood underneath has no rot or damage, The hand brake is all good last move in July. Great Caravan to being used as a Office, Store Items in it or turned back into a caravan great for the family as all the work being done.Any Questions please ask. Sold as seen, no returns.
