The hot/cold water system, gas fire and 240V electric systems have NOT BEEN TESTED.
The caravan is showing signs of Damp in the lower sides along the walls of the two front beds.
The caravan has recently been towed and I can confirm that the lights, brakes and tyres are all OK and are in good working order.
It benefits from the following internal features:
– 2 front beds in lounge area that turn into a double bed.
– A kitchen area that consists of a sink with drainer, two gas ring burners, fridge, built-in microwave and various cupboards and drawers.
On the opposite side, there is a wardrobe, gas fire and a separate changing room with sink.
At the end of the caravan there is a seating area with an occasional table with metal centre stem. This seating area turns into a lower bed with an upper bunk bed that drops down.
There are a number of additional extras (see photos) that are being sold with the caravan.
These include: leisure battery, mains lead, hitch lock, two X water containers, 2 X gas bottles, leg winder, portable TV aerial, electric kettle, electric toaster, portable fridge/freezer, spare wheel + tyre. There is also a full awning, metal poles and pegs. Full set of keys for caravan door and hitch lock with all of the original paper work. Tyres were changed 4 years ago.
This caravan would ideally suit a couple or young family looking to purchase their first caravan.
