After a long journey building up from tents through trailer tents we are selling our first beloved caravan as we set to upgrade. We are the second owners of this older but trustworthy van and hope a family starting in their caravan life can enjoy it as much as us.Good bits The van was serviced last year and was complimented by the servicers on what an immaculate van it was and how they hadn’t seen one in this condition for its age. It has no damp. It comes with a full awning (including curtains and wheel skirt) that has no stains or tears that we have seen. The awning comes with a bedroom annex. It has the spare wheel.It is a lightweight van (MIRO 1117KG/MTPLM 1350KG) with much sought after double diner floor plan. It has a fitted Alko stabiliser.Bad bitsThe van was new in 2004 so does come with the expected marks and wear signs although nothing mechanically or safety to worry about. There will be no accessories as we will need to take them in the new van.Some (maybe 2) of the awning poles will need replacing although they do hold.The bathroom tap needs replacing although does work still which is why we haven’t had it done (recent quote put the work at around £160 unless you want to try it?)There is a small crack along the bathroom floor and unless you plan to use the bathroom as a wet room (originally designed for this) there is no effect on the van.
