4 berth van comprising a lounge which converts into a double bed and a diner that converts to 2 x bunks. Rear end washroom with fully functioning shower.Truma motormover StabiliserFull-sized Apache Torino awningLightweight Kampa Rally Pro 390 awningSuncamp porch awningWheel and hitch locksStandard equipment includes:Fly screens and blinds throughoutHot water heaterLoose fit carpetsFridge with freezer compartmentGas oven Hob which runs off of gas and/or electricBlown air heaterIncluded in the sale are water butt and waste, electrical hook-up lead and pretty much everything else you might need (step, new microwave, utensils etc).Generally speaking the van is in good condition but hasn’t been serviced since 2016 when it had 2 new tyres fitted. It’s only been out 5 times since then hence why it’s being sold.It does have some damp in the washroom. No mould or smell but it will need attention sometime soon. I’ve been quoted circa £200 to have it boarded over and £650 for a full repair. In addition the washroom tap is broken,The same van in this condition without any damp would probably sell for around £4500 without the extras and clearly the problems have been priced in. This is a genuine ad with problems/issues clearly signposted. Please get in touch if you have any questions.Happy to deliver within a 50 mile radius so long as payment has cleared.
