This is a 20 plus year old caravan that has been used on a regular basis until last year. It has some damp in the walls and the immersion tank leaks (but never really found it to be a problem). It includes working electrics (cable included), working fridge with small icebox, gas hob and grill (gas bottle included), some kitchen ware (pans, plates), water barrel and pump included, waste container (no waste included – we did clean it out last time used), also includes a full size awning.Stored on a site in Cornwall and has only been towed from storage to pitch in the last 20 years, both tyres have been replaced in last few years.
