This has been repaired many times previously and due to rot setting in multiple places its far beyond my ability to repair. There is a dent along left hand side of the caravan that’s been like it for the 25years we have had the caravan, the rear has leaked over the last 3 years and has been flash banded as a result use earlier this year, however it also looks like the ridge has let damp creep in as well.
The van has two good tyres and is able to be towed but I wouldn’t recommend it for a holiday with out a lot of work and would probably suit better as parts for another period van or motorhome conversion.
It Has a 3 way fridge that works great on elec and 12v we have never tested it on gas thou. The gas heater, oven and hobs work and it has a early carver, gas only, hot water heater this does work but takes a quite a few attempts to start for the first time after prolonged lack of use. Fully working zig unit with 12v lighting and carver water pump. The micro taps in the kitchen work but the bathroom and shower ones seam to have stopped since it last holiday in 2017. The toilet, battery, radio & water containers will be coming out and are not part of the sale but the trio full size awning will be included…
