It nearly 40 years old. I bought it a year ago for kids to play around in, also used when to many guests show up. All electric lights work. Never actually tried to hook water or gas but I think they work as well. Fridge broken. Would make good out office or clean up and use for holidays. Seems water tight. Im selling as lm moving to smaller property with no parking.
