Top spec caravan. As well as a luxurious interior it has an ONBOARD WATER TANK. We have used it regularly for the past 6 years – but now have a new one on order. Its 20 years old, and although it looks fairly good from a distance, its age is showing. Some of the blinds are broken, the windows are not all good, there is some rot on the front under the windows, and it has had some water ingress into the walls. I cannot see any mould on the inside walls, but some areas have gone soft. We have happily lived with it in the condition for a couple of years. However, BEFORE PLACING A BID YOU SHOULD EXAMINE IT TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF THE WATER INGRESS AND GENERAL CONDITION. For the right person, it could be a very cheap but useable caravan.
