this has been ours for past 15 years but ill health forces reluctant sale we think from reg its around 1992 or 1993 but does not look it see photosgas fire with blown air tested it 2 days ago it was fine quite cosy on a cold day but we take a small electric fire why use gas when on electric plug in on sitehas hot water system electric and gas but rerouted plumbing to stop tank filling up simple to refit it uses plastic flexible pipes it meant less trailing about with water tank to fill tank up we used site facilities for showers and washing but internal taps ok it had new sink tap fitted as micro switch failed also new stainless steel sink unitfridge we worked from site electric gas side not used so not sure on that side but thermocouple was replace on electric sideIncludes plates cups pots pans toaster, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner ,TV ARIEL wheel clamp, just hitch up and gowith all the rain over winter internal walls all dry main floor has no signs of delamination it was pressure sprayed from below with presevative 2 years agonew running tyres fitted only covered 500 miles spare wheel in rear bootsome running light converted to LED AS WELL AS ORIGINAL LIGHTSpower mover 2 year old cost over £500 also new leisure battery fitted at same time cost £130
