This has been lived in for 2 years and requires some tlc and a deep clean inside and out.Best to view before buying.Bad points.Shower base cracked, (I have patched this up with fibreglass but needs a better job done)Shower has small leak from pipes (push fit socket needs replacement I think. )Fridge not working on gas or electric. (Trips electric) Boiler not working on gas has been intermittent (new pcb needed I think, connector has just snapped also)Tap sprouts brokenBroken door latch (connects doors together)Floor has small dip by cooker. Hasn’t got much worse over the two years I’ve used it.Floor board sheet has slightly bowed up in seating area. Toe wheel tyre off rim. Window fixing snapped.Some wear and tear in places.This list might sound daunting but many can be easily fixed.Good pointsBoiler has had new electric element this year . Heater had lots of new parts 2 years ago. New modern curtains professionally made.All seating cushions professionally covered.New carpet fitted 2 years ago. Few stains. Needs a professional cleaner. Bodywork good.All keys for every lock box.Pick up from Stevenage, Hertfordshire Bank transfer once cleared or cash on collection.
