Good condition for year. Bathroom needs attention; new shower tray and sink needed. No damp in these areas, we haven’t used the shower tray since we’ve had it, but we do use the sink. Sleeps 4 easily, I’m pretty sure it was a 5 Berth at some point. All curtains and blinds in there. Couple of the blinds sometimes stick, as expected for age of van. Fridge/cooker/wc all work fine. Small springy area in living room area floor, been checked, not rotten or damp. Owned it 3 years, last used 2 weeks ago. Only selling as want a smaller van because we lost our storage and it’s too big for driveway. No damp present in this van. There is an old repair at the front of the van, previous owner said it was showing signs of damp in that area, so he repaired it.
