This is a high level caravan, in good condition internally and externally (Not Perfect but very good) Viewing is recommended.Everything works with the exception of the Gas blow air heating (this works on electric though) can be viewed with electric and water connected so you can see for yourself working items.We had this inspected by an approved caravan engineer and a number of problems/faults were found in Sept 2019, we have fixed/repaired almost all of these, including some damp in the bathroom floor/lower wall (photos of repair are available)We have spent a lot of money getting this to its rightful order, but by no means has this stopped us using it, and enjoyed many holidays over the last 18 months, looked forward to more.This is ready to go with waste barrel, water barrel, electric hook up, and even an old awning (old with some repairs but still useable, we used it in September this year and OK) Seperate showerFlushing WCFull oven3 way Fridge with small freeze dept2 x Gas bottlesonboard water tankBad bits left to do (but do not stop useage)Gas heating system (investigate and fix – Works OK on electric)
