Swift Classic Duette Caravan 1997We bought this caravan as a project approximately 5 years ago. At the time it was riddled with damp and was originally a 2 berth with a shower and toilet. The shower and toilet were unfortunately rotten and falling apart. So it was completely gutted, new interior walls all around and parts of the floor replaced. When we put it back together we fitted an extra twin sofa/double bed to convert it to a 4 berth- this rear section could be left set up as a permanent bed to leave the “living area” for sitting and eating. The walls have been painted grey, with brand new grey wood effect laminate floor fitted and all tge wooden units painted white to give a clea, more modern feel. Condition wise it really just needs a good clean after being stood up. There’s been no water coming in since its been repaired.Unfortunately we only got to actually use it twice before covid hit! So it has been sat on our driveway for close to 3 years. We also now no longer have a tow vehicle due to a change in work circumstances, so we are selling to fund a campervan conversion!Last time it was towed it towed perfectly, but obviously cannot vouch for anything currently so winner tows at their own discretion.
