(awning curtains included)Weight 1140 kgInternal measurements 4.52 metresExternal measurements 6 metresGas bottleAqua roll & waste bottles includedSteps included..2 step.The caravan does need repairing as it has a damp problem at the front.All front windows & kitchen window as had new rubbers but the leak is still present.The winning bidder will need the solve the leak issue plus some carpentry work to the front.Because of the leak the teak covering to both front trim & wardrobe trim needs replacing.The overall appearance of the caravan is tidy, with the obvious age marks as it is 1999 vintage.The closures for 2 sky lights do need replacing as they have gone brittle with age but does not compromise them being closed.Rear seating… L Shaped with sliding door ie. Lower seat extends to double bed, with bunk above. Cushions, ladder & bed guards in tact. Worked well for our family as daughter used this as her own sleeping, dressing area.We have owned it for 10 years, enjoyed using it regularly every year until present time.A change in circumstances & a few health problems causes sale.
