CURRENT OWNER owned since
30/03/2011 when bought from Read Caravans Ltd (now Campbells Caravans) of
Blackburn (receipt available to buyer).
The caravan has a large fixed double bed at one end with sliding door
for extra privacy. There is a small
shower room with sink, storage & toilet.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer & full size gas cooker with oven,
grill and four burners (one of which is electric so free if on site with
electric hook-ups). The front seating
area converts into a large double bed with easy to pull out wooden slats. The large wardrobe also houses a foldable
table which fits perfectly into front seating area for eating or ideal for use
in the awning. There is also an electric
/ gas heater in good working order and everything works as it should including
water, hot water boiler, heating, gas cooker, lighting etc.
The caravan comes “fully loaded”
and ready to use with everything included in the sale including: metal steps into caravan, electric hook up
cable, aquaroll for water, water pump, waste water box, spare wheel, ample
overhead storage with additional storage under seats & bed. Plenty of cleaning fluids for toilet also
included. We have also recently had the
gas pipe & gas cylinder serviced & replaced with new parts as
photographed & gas cylinder is included in the sale.
ALSO included is a full width
“Pyramid” blue awning with breathable ground sheet which provides ample of
