Our lovely 2002 Swift Challenger 480 has to go. Age and arthritis means we have now enjoyed our last summer on the road.We’ve owned it since 2015 and had some great trips all around Britain. It’s a very clean ‘van with just a few signs here and there to show its age .It’s warm and roomy with heaps of clever storage, and very cosy too, and ready to be enjoyed again by a new owner. As well as the usual features like an end bathroom with shower and cassette toilet, gas cooker with oven, multi-fuel fridge, heating that runs on gas or mains electricity, it comes complete with a new full 7kg gas bottle and a half-full 15kg spare; 115ah leisure battery & charging system; water container; grey water container; mains hook-up; a pair of Maypole universal towing mirrors and a large heavy-duty all-weather cover.On the down side, we lost the cover to one of the roof vents somewhere on the M1, and we guess the whole thing will need to be replaced, but the temporary repair is holding well. This is reflected in the asking price.There’s a little crazing to be seen on one of the front windows, and one of the window blinds sometimes sticks. There are a few exterior marks, but you have to look hard to see them.Storage paid until the end of the year – great if you live in South Wales!Contact me for more pictures or with any questions you might have….
