There are no nasty smells i.e smokers, pets or damp and all the appliances are working as they should. There are totally no signs of damp and the floor is also solid. This is a great family layout, triple bunks to the rear of the caravan which partition off with a Concertina door, side dinette also converts into a Queen size bed and a large King size to the front.
