GXL 4 Berth Caravan. Year of manufacture thought to be 1994/1995. This Caravan has 2 comfortable front seats that convert to a double/triple
bed at the front, with storage above and below. All windows are double glazed and have
blinds / curtains. A double wardrobe. The kitchen area
consists of a 3 way fridge, 3 ring gas hob, gas oven/grill, sink and drainer. A shower room with hot water, Thetford cassette toilet, sink, vanity unit and shower and finally a dining table area at the rear that converts into two bunk beds. Also included is a gas bottle, spare wheel and awning. The caravan also has double electrics 12v and 240v, gas or electric hotwater and pumped hot and cold water.This caravan is in fair condition for the year and has been used for many a happy family holiday, and if cared for shall continue to do so.
