I am selling the caravan for my girlfriend’s grandmother who no longer has use for it.The caravan is a 2004 model, damp free, It has end fixed bed with ample storage underneath and built-in tv cabinet above bed, built-in shower, sink and toilet in bathroom and a pull out bed at the front, lino floor but also comes with new fitted carpets.ExtrasWater container, water pump, hose pipe and auto fill ballcock for use on sites with a tap on each pitch, 3 way fridge, gas oven, wheel clamp, alko hitch tow bar, alloy wheels, user manuals, air blown heating built-in, CD player built-in, TV aerial built-in, water heater built-in, aluminium steps, pull-out table, two other built-in pull-out tables for convenience, electric lead and half size awning with steel poles.Bad pointthe caravan has slight discolouring on the front outside as seen in the photo looks like the lacquer has been rubbed off, other than that the caravan is in good condition and after a good clean and a little TLC will make a great caravan for someone,Due to me not owning the caravan I haven’t tested thet everything is working but I’ve been assured everything works as it should, the caravan has been drained for winter so buyer will have to refill water system before using.
