The layout consists of a seating area that converts into a large double bed.The breakfast area in the centre of the caravan converts into bunk beds.The rear of the caravan is a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle,Thetford electric flush swivel toilet, sink with vanity cupboard. Spacious wardrobe, two drawers and mirror. All windows fitted with fly screen,black out blinds and curtains.Kitchen has a four ring gas hob, separate grill and oven and sink with drainer.A fridge with a small freezer. Plenty of food utensil storage space and ample worktops.There is a new double electric water heater system installed which gives plenty of hot water for both showering and using for washing your dinner dishes.The caravan is in full working order and has been very well looked after by us. Faults: Freeze box door requires new hinges to keep closed, which will cost £25 on eBay. We recently returned back from our holiday in France and a bottle of wine fell onto the tv worktop area and damaged the worktop, this area we used for our dvd and flat screen tv which once set up you will not see the damage.
