RELISTED DUE TO TIMEWASTERBought as a project to repair the damp but change of personal circumstances is now preventing that happening. Everything works- water, heating, 3 way fridge, toilet, shower, lights and gas with cooker. The damp has been dried out by us and we was going to replace all boarding but no time now. Has bunks in dining area, and the places to fix the boarding are – above window in bunk dining area, curling above the kitchen area and below window in dressing area near bathroom. Floor is not spongy just the walls and ceiling needs replacing. Selling as a project or will break if needed.
