Great condition touring caravan for the age.Two sofas in the front become a double bed. Sofa in the rear becomes a double bed. Bunk bed folds down at the rear to make a single bed.We are the second owners of this as the people we bought of from in 2019 had it from new. We lived in this for 9 months whilst our extension was built on our house.All appliances work as designed, heating system is great (kept us warm throughout the winter).We also towed it down to Cornwall for a week whilst we had it and can confirm that there are no mechanical issues with it.Al-Ko stabiliser which makes towing a dream.Comes with a leisure battery, Thetford cassette toilet (fully cleaned and sanitised), aqualroll & waste master, Butane bottle, wheel clamp, two awnings (one recently used), TV aerial, 2 dining tables, electric hook up cable and various other bits and pieces.It is a 1993 model and is in a really good genuine condition but there are a few age related marks on the van which have never bothered us in the slightest. The sliding door to close off the back bedroom could do with some attention as it has always been slightly stiff; never bothered us as we have young children anyway so didn’t mind it not fully closing.Collection within 5 days of auction end please as we need to move it from the land where it is stored
