I see it as a fixer-upper, hence ‘project’ for a couple of holidays, emergency accomodation, storage, kids playroom or a donor for someone doing a van conversion as everything you’d need is there.I’d strongly recommend viewing, by appointment only, as I haven’t got it at home. All I ask is that you turn up at the arranged time as its a 20 mile round trip for me and I don’t have anything else to do there. I’ll have to be there as there isn’t a postcode but there are 2 gates to unlock and a big dog. The grass never seems to dry so I’d suggest wellies. It is at Rossington about 5 miles south of Doncaster, served by 2 exits off the A6182 motorway feeder road to Robin Hood Airport.
