Here we have here 2 birth caravan dated about 1997. It isn’t in good condition for the year, the seating cushions have been reupholstered which makes the caravan look younger and more modern inside.3way fridge (only checked on electric) cooker with grill and hob, hot and cold running water and a gas heater.There is no damp now, however it did have damp in the past coming from an awning rail but the 2 rails have been taken off and rescaled so no more water ingress.This is in the picture where you will see the dimples in the wall. Every thing works, apart from the toilet flush but it could be an easy fix for someone with a bit of caravan knowledge.The shower we have never used. So we’re not sure if this works. The shower does have a crack in the shower floor, this has now been sealed.It has a electric hook up, and lead. Water barrel will be included as well other accessories and it tows very well and no spongy floors. Grab yourself a very good starter caravan which looks more modern than you would expect for a van of its year.
