In fair condition for age 1994. Has had damp to the front which has been previously repaired before my ownership (located in the front cupboards in the pictures)Now has some damp in the toilet cubicle which I have traced and resealed in this area the shower tray is cracked. The floor has got a soft spot infront of the sink area. All facilities are fully working both on gas and electric (fridge/cooker/water heater and space heating). I put a new charger unit 18 months ago as the previous one gave up. Comes with a full size awning with a light weight frame. There was a solar panel on the roof at one point but the hole has been sealed and has caused no problems. Is still useable and tows well as has the alko stabiliser hitch.
