Early 90,s lightweight 4 berth caravan. Sits on brand new tyres (never used). Hot water system with shower, blown air heating and gas heating comes complete with a hardly used full sized awning. It has not been used for a couple of years and everything worked ok the last time we used it but no guarantees given and safety checks will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Really easy to tow and comfy van.It needs a battery and it has the dings and wear and tear you would expect of a caravan of this age. Also has some staining to the exterior that may need some attention and has had leak repairs carried out in the past but it is dry with no damp smells at all. The interior and fixtures and trim also have wear and tear from use as expected, but the upholstery and carpet is clean and in good condition. Tried to give an honest warts and all description so if you don’t know what a 28 year old caravan looks like please come and view before bidding. Ideal for someone trying out caravans before spending lots of money or a contractor to live in away from home.
