This is a 5 berth caravan, 2+2+1. I have had it for 10 months but it had previously been with the same owners for 12 years so has been well looked after and regularly serviced. It comes with all its manuals and instructions.
The caravan is well equipped and thus comes with a fridge with freezer compartment, hot and cold water, heating, cassette toilet, shower, hob/grill/oven, mains electricity as well as a 12v battery system. Inside is in good condition for its age, and has obviously been well looked after it, the carpet does have some marks. The layout has a double bed at the front, another double at the back with a bunk bed over the top. The back bed can be sectioned off with a built in screen. Both beds convert into tables and seating comfortable for 7 people.
