This caravan has been slept in for the past 9 months by my Son as we were waiting for our house to be completed, (see my other listings for our caravan).
Its seen better days so selling for spares or repair to the highest bidder, bit of a mess but with a bit of TLC and minor work will make a good holiday caravan,
or just convert to a large trailer.
Good bits
Has working Fridge
All electrics (240V) work Has mains hook up lead
All Electrics (12V) work
No idea about the cooker or heating as never used (he came into our caravan for meals).
Cassette toilet
Shower
Wardrobe and changing area at area of caravan next to shower
Front seating area ok with all cushions (turns into a double bed)
Table fitted but seating around table has no cushions (supposedly turns into bunk beds?)
Hot water works.
On board water tank rather than the water barrels
Water tight
No soft spots in floor
Loads of storage
Radio fitted with speakers and CD changer (no idea if this works)
Now for the bad bits
Front storage area door does not fit (this comes from another caravan)
Needs a very good clean in and out
Has been hit by something and patched up (see pic 5 )
Cushions missing
You can have hot water or cold water (think it has been plumbed in wrong but never looked into…
