welcome to my auction for my beloved 4 birth caravan .this is a lovely caravan benefitting from a large double bed at the front of the van where the main seating area is and a smaller seating area to the side of the van which converts to another bed with another above it.The kitchen area is a good size for the van with an oven/grill 4 hob burner a good size fridge with small freezer part which gets lovely and cold there is plenty of storage for everything you could need.At the back of the van there is a good size wardrobe and a nice size cassette toilet with a shower the main table is stored in this area.this caravan has a load of overhead storage which you can see in the pictures and plenty of storage under the seats.there is a water storage under one of the seats which is really handy and fill off the water butt external on the van have a few age related marks as you would expect but nothing major as this has been a very well looked after van also as this is a twin axle it is very stable on the road and has an alko hitch an outside mains plug and a outside shower point.im selling all the accessories with this van as we will have no need for them with the van you will have 2 awnings 1 porch and 1 full length both are like new the porch awning we have never…
