Swift Alouette 5 berth caravan . Registered May 1998. The layout of the caravan is a double bed at the front . Side kitchen and side shower and toilet . Double bed and a single pull out bunk at the other end. Comfortably sleeps 5. Selling the caravan with: a small flat screen TV that is bracketed to the units. Electric cable to connect to the electric point. Waste water collector . Fresh water holder/ barrel . Step. Will leave cutlery and crockery for the buyer if needed . There is also a built in cd player / radio that we will include . Please note before bidding that there is some damp mostly in the toilet area and near the TV mount and near the end sleeping area. All the same panel. It was repaired by the previous owner but may need looking at. We have used the caravan many times and the damp issue hasn’t given us any problems . The photo shows the extent externally . The interior is in excellent condition and is pet and smoke free . This is a great family caravan . All electrics work fine. Not sure if blow heater works. Buyer will have to buy their own water pump. Caravan has been and still is in storage since last year so will need a thorough clean externally . Once again please do not bid and then try to get a reduction in the price . Also please consider the damp panel…
