Truly reluctant sale. Excellent condition 5 berth touring caravan. Hardly used and kept in excellent condition. With great awning. No damp or leaks. Cushions in immaculate condition. A few minor faults are a small crack in shower tray which has been there from new. We have never used shower as use on site facilities. Kitchen sink tap recently broke off but can be repaired or replaced. 1 blind clip is broken but we manage to close it when used. Has new electric water pump, has movers. Alarmed. Water butt and waste tank included. Gas bottle and leisure battery included. Fridge and oven in great condition. 4 hob burners (1 electric and 3gas). Oven bearly used as we eat out. Carpet immaculate as always been covered. External and internal cleaned regularly regardless of use to maintain condition.
