Due to the near completion of our campervan conversion, we have for sale our much loved Caravan “Annie”.Annie is a Stirling Eccles Diamond, 2005, she has an end washroom with separate shower, a well equipped kitchen area with full oven and grill, microwave oven, good size fridge, ample worktop space and plenty of storage. NOTE. The fridge does not work on gas at the moment and needs a repair, works perfectly on hook up and 12v. I have reflected this in the starting price. The main living area is well lit with a good sized roof light, ample seating which easily converts to a very large double bed. Small but very useful flip over style table on the top of the central drawers. There are overhead lockers and storage under the seats as well as a good size external locker and front storage locker.Good sized wardrobe and storage for clothing, there is a full dining table inside the wardrobe that has hardly been used.Annie comes with a full awning, CRIS document and manufacturers instructions.In very good condition for her age, we have enjoyed numerous weekend breaks in her and it will be sad to see her go but she is ready for someone else to enjoy.Will be cleaned inside and out before she leaves us, viewing prior to bidding welcomed.We are non smokers.
