Due to non-use and a new extension build, we are selling our beautiful 2014 Sterling Eccles Coral SE caravan. This caravan is still in “as new” condition both inside and out, however first off I need to make potential buyers aware of an issue discovered as the caravan was being prepared for sale at the start of the season. Upon getting up on the ladders to give the caravan a good wash working from roof down. I noted cracks on the top of the ‘rear spoiler’ panel. As the two of them were parallel, I initially I thought this was some form of drainage down the integral back panel. But, it turns out it wasn’t, as water from the wash was found to have entered the rear washroom !!! The two cracks were immediately covered over with white heavy duty weatherproof tape [pic 10]. The washroom has been subsequently dried out but when you look for it, you can see some slight discoloration [pic 11] …. but I do stress, you need to look for it to become evident.
