Beautiful caravan in a lovely quiet spot on Haven Greenacres, Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog (sited in Glaslyn area of the park which is predominately owner caravans and lodges), with very large side decking. Sun on the decking for most of the day and a great view of the mountain (Moel y Gest). Parking space. Situated at the end of Glaslyn so no through traffic and perfect for the kids to play. You can hear the sea as you sit on the decking and the nature reserve is a couple of minutes walk away.New Morco boiler 2021, new single mattresses (Havenly) 2022. Double glazing and central heating. Full equipped for use or rental, including all bedding for rental use. Site fees were £8785 this year (you would pay small sum in respect of site fees for 2023/2024 and then 2024 site fees would be due in full if you buy after 31/10). There is also a charge for water and local rates. The gas and electric are metered and billed once a year in November.
