This has been use on a seasonal pitch. Not used since just before the first lockdown. Been down to check over and keep clean. As you can see in photo the front window is cracked and we did claim on insurance but never saw it through due to covid. Buyer will need to replace. No water has got in and any tests are welcome. Memory foam mattress topper on fixed bed. It’s currently stored in Devon so will need to meet anyone there to get into the site. Al-ko tow hitch. And hitch lock. Porch awning.
