Selling as having to give up caravanning.This is a 4 berth,
single axle van with service history, alarm system, tracker, alde wet central
heating system. alko wheel clamp, Spare Wheel (located on bracket under
caravan). External bbq point and mains power point. Smoke detector, stereo system.. The 2 front
seats convert to a double bed with storage underneath and storage cupboards
overhead. Pull out table with two
drawers under. There is also a free
standing table. Kitchen area with
microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker with 3 gas and 1 electric rings, gas oven and
grill. Storage underneath cooker. Bedroom can be divided from front area. This comprises 2 fixed single beds with
storage underneath (which can also be accessed from the outside) and cupboards
above. End shower room with cassette
toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle and a radiator. Carpets are loose fitting over laminate
flooring.
Also included are water pump, 2 gas bottles (1full 1 part
used) 2 aquarolls, step,
wastemaster, Hitchlock, mains water
connection kit, 1 long, 1 short mains leads.
Bedding for the fixed single beds and crockery/cutlery. Will include
mirrors if will fit. There is also a brand new spare water pump and a brand new
spare water filter
