With much regret we are selling our lovely family caravan We have had this for 4 lovely years but unfortunately the kids are too big now There is general wear and tear with the caravan It has a big cooker grill fridge freezer microwave heating lighting cd player lots of storage under the seating and in the cupboards The 2 seats make into the bunk beds see picture We used the main seating area as fixed bed for us adults FURNITURE NOT INCLUDEDThe listing comes with awning see pics we used this mainly for our living room and storage it is secure and usable but needs some attention in areas Comes with toilet cassette water barrel waste barrell and pumpWith the age of the caravan there is a need for some tlc the window pump brackets on some windows are broken but still open and the vents on top do not openThere is a slight damp patch to the front left area not noticeable and the rubber rims on a few windows are bowing out but been informed a hairdryer will help push them back The tap in the bathroom leaks when used so we have dismantled it but I’m sure can be easily fixed Freezer door one side has snapped but doesn’t effect use The big main window blind has came apart at bottom so doesn’t close properly just needs looking at I’m sure this caravan will make another family happy as much as it as for us I will attach more photos on request as was limited…
