Dry, no leaks, historical spills but all good. 2 berth, 2 awnings, one for either side, or whatever configuration you prefer, so loads of room. 2 waste water, 1 water roller, winter full weather proof cover. Mains lead. 12v van. Has voltage reducer as standard. Ally chassis. Toilet not flushing. New pump but not fixed yet. leaking water pipe needs fixing. Everything worked prior to storage last year. Needs new ply or plastic, on front and rear locker floor. Front locker door went up the road last year. eBay about £50. Lost interest, kids growing up too quick. You can drive this van to a site today as perfectly useable as is. This is not a show van, and looks it’s age, but perfectly useable. All cushions re covered last spring, removable washable..
