This Caravan has a large front lounge which makes into a large double bed and a rear lounge/diner which makes into a double bed with a small bunk above. This area can be divided off with a wooden sliding partition or used as an additional dining area. Condition of the upholstery is good with clean walls laminate floor and furniture and fittings. The built in toilet,basin and shower are all sound with cassette waste removal from outside. All opening double glazed windows with built in blinds, flyscreens and curtains. Four burner gas hob, grill and oven, (240v-12v-gas) Fridge with freezer compartment.
Truma gas/electric built in water heater with new plugin filter. Carver Trumatic 3000 gas heater with variable warm/cool air blower ducted to all areas. New Leisure Battery connected to Power Management System inside with long 240v electrical hook up cable to site or home. New small microwave fitted into units. Lighting 12v & 240v Pumped water system with filter to all taps and shower from Aquaroll rolling water container (needs handle).
It comes with a full awning water tight, but needs a little attention on edge. New double entrance step into Caravan. Spare wheel under Caravan with maintained sliding support frame.
Body sound, there was some damp around door but rectified with some new framing and lining. Caravan ready to go but may need some minor checking over as not been used for over 2 years.
