We purchased this caravan 3 years ago from a property deloper who bought a small estate to develop and was selling off items that had been found on the land. This caravan was barn stored. It had some signs of leaking but looked in good nick for its age and must have been barn stored for a reason, so decided to purchase.
It did have some inside soft spots around windows at the tow bar end and some signs of water in bathroom walls, but whilst we have owned it, they’ve not gotten worse.
On purchase, we had a qualified friend check out electrical and gas appliances . Everything worked then with exception to one of two gas hob rings and the gas grill.
Oven, fridge, fire, water heater, 240v sockets tested fine. We have not had any recent tests, but it seems fine last time we used it in May 2024.
