NO RESERVE!Here we have a Swift Corniche Caravan that was converted for us by an experienced craftsman into a mobile painting studio for an artist. This involved the stripping out of the rather dated fittings (shown in images), whitewashing, and the installation of a good quality laminate floor. The artist’s vision for the caravan is pictured on the ‘mood board’ in the photographs. The cupboards and sink were retained, the broken fridge was removed, and a large custom desk with storage space was installed at the front (with power). The rear bench/table was retained and just requires cushions. Sadly the artist moved away shortly after completion so the caravan was never used, and the finishing cosmetic touches were never applied. Now, after two years stored in a dry barn, this caravan offers the perfect opportunity for someone in need of a mobile or temporary office or studio. Whilst it is completely ready to use as is, the new owner may want to add their own personal touches and finish the caravan off with the addition of some cushions at the rear. When it was put away, all of the electrical fittings and water system worked.
