Usual age related marks as you would expect on an old van but definitely not an embarasement.Everything works hot and cold water fridge and cooker. You will need a gas regulator 35 pounds ish a battery and a water container. We have noticed a damp patch above the door as shown in the picture. It has an awning with I think two births in good condition not been used a lot . Have been straight about the van good luck .
